Many of us often prints by not knowing the purpose of printing. Some prints are important and some are classified as unnecessary. Example, we don't encourage our clients to print emails, webpage, training materials, etcs. These are classified as bad paper printing which are consider unnecessary. In our modern world today, emails, webpage, training materials can be easily view via PDF unless it is really necessary to be printed on a paper. Without proper governance on bad paper printing, this result many organizations paying unnecessary costs for its employees with such culture.
Good papers are classified as contracts, legal agreements, certificates, etcs. which are necessary to obtain original hardcopy as an official document.
